Processing time

All products are made-to-order using a third-party fulfillment system. Each item is produced after an order is placed.

Processing time is typically 2–5 business days but may vary depending on product and order volume.

Shipping time

After production, orders are shipped through third-party fulfillment and shipping partners.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic orders: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
  • International orders: 7–20 business days after fulfillment

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on shipping systems.

Fulfillment network

Makizy uses a distributed third-party fulfillment system. Orders may be produced and shipped from different locations depending on availability and customer destination.

Delays and lost packages

Makizy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or third-party systems outside our control.

If a package is confirmed lost through the shipping system, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Makizy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Customs and import fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
