Refund and Returns Policy


Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

All Makizy products are made-to-order using a third-party fulfillment system. Each item is produced specifically for each customer after purchase.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced. Items must be unused and in the same condition received.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Orders with incorrect size, color, or address provided by the customer

Refunds

Once your claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced items.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable unless defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced.

To request an exchange, contact [email protected] with photos and order details.

Shipping returns

If a return is required, we will provide return instructions after approval.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or damaged packages

Makizy is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered by carriers or third parties involved in shipping.

If a package is confirmed lost through the shipping system, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
