Order Processing Time

Once you place an order with Makizy, please allow 2-7 business days for us to process your order. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Makizy: We currently use this shipping method for selected countries including United States and Canada Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 7-20 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors. International Shipping: We also ship internationally to select countries. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the specific item/s ordered, the weight and dimensions of your package, and your delivery address. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase. Note that at this time, we do not offer free delivery option for order deliveries outside the United States. Our free shipping option is only for order deliveries in the United States. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Customs

When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there can be a charge applied called ‘Customs Duty’ that is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

If you decide to refuse the customs fee and we confirm that, your item will be returned back to our warehouse before processing a refund for your order and in some instances a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order with us.

Makizy complies with all applicable tax regulations. Taxes will be calculated based on the shipping address and applicable laws in the region. Customers are responsible for providing accurate tax information during checkout. For tax-exempt purchases, valid documentation must be provided and verified prior to placing an order. We aim to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund subject to the conditions outlined below:

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Certain products, such as perishable goods, custom-made items, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Follow the instructions provided by our support team to complete your return.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item(s) are received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

12. Coupons, Discounts, Free Shipping

Note that all our coupons and discounts only apply to purchased items excluding shipping fees and tax. The minimum purchase amount to qualify for our free shipping is $90 excluding shipping price, discounts, and tax. Any of our general coupons or discounts can only be applied to products that meet the specified criteria at checkout. Also coupons on specific products can only be applied to one item of the product per order at checkout.

13. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
