Return & Refund Policy

It is our desire that you have a pleasant shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, never worry because we have created a seamless process for your returns and refunds.

Return Period:

With few exceptions, You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it.

For a full refund, request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Easy steps to follow in Returning Your Order:

    • Contact us by clicking the “Refund” button under “Orders” on your account page or emailing us at [email protected].
    • If your return is accepted, we’ll email you the return address to send your item back.
    • Package the item carefully and send it back to us at the address we provided you.
    • Once the product arrives back to us, examined, and approved for refund, we will inform you and offer you a full refund or store credit.
    • All returns are subject to validation and approval at makizy’s discretion.
    • You can use this store credit to buy a different color or size by placing a new order.

      Eligibility for Returns:

      • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached.
      • No signs of wear, like perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks.
      • Shoes must be in their original shoebox.
      • Wears should be tried on over undergarments, with the hygiene strip still in place if returned.
      • Fitcover products must be unused and unopened.

      Non-Returnable Items:

      • Custom-made products or personalized items after 24 hours of ordering.
      • Items that are custom-printed or personalized.
      • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
      • Lingerie bottoms and certain personal care items for hygiene reasons.
      • Items bought on sale or with a gift card.
      • Perishable goods, and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
      • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
      • Items bought on sale can’t be returned and we don’t give store credits for them.
      • We do not accept returns on gift cards

      Cancellation of Order

      Once you place an order, we immediately start processing it. Please allow us about 2-7 working days to process your order. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number. Here’s what you need to know about canceling your order:

      Cancellation Period:

      • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
      • After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible.
      • If you miss the cancellation window, You will have to wait to receive the item and then initiate a return.
      • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
      • Note that some items are not returnable or refundable.

        Exchanges:

        • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
        • Items must be unopened and in original packaging for returns.

        Damaged or Wrong Items:

        • Please inspect your order as soon as you received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and make necessary corrections.

        Exchanges

        Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, color, or size, simply return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. The item must be unopened and in original packaging. Once the return is accepted and received, you may make a separate purchase for a new item.

        Just a heads up, if the item you return has been used, worn, washed, we can’t accept it back due to industry standards on health and hygiene.

        Refunds:

        • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
        • Before you send anything back, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and let us know your full name, order ID number, and why you’re returning the item. If your return is accepted, our customer service team will give you all the details you need, including the return address.
        • Please be aware that we don’t do refunds for items that aren’t faulty. Instead, we will give you store credit once we get your return back, and the credit will be returned to your makizy store wallet.

        Important Notes:

        • We only give refunds if the product is faulty. If you think you’ve got a faulty item, please let us know within 14 days of buying it, and we’ll check it before doing anything else. You may contact our customer service team at [email protected].
        • When you send your items back, you’ll have to cover the shipping costs for returning your item and pay for the postage and handling. Until we receive item, it’s your responsibility.
        • Once it arrives, we’ll check it over. If it’s not in the right condition for a return. If it’s been used, we’ll send it back to you, and you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.
        • When you return your items, you agree to cover any costs involved in getting store credit for your goods. This means you’ll only get store credit for repurchasing items from an existing order, minus any discounts used, and you’ll need to cover any costs for reshipping your goods.
        • If you return items multiple times, we reserve the right to refuse the service.
